1. Submit Photos: Send in photos of your items to  Include any information available about the works submitted (e.g. dimensions, edition, age, condition, manufacturer tags, labels, provenance, signatures).

2. Sign, Date, and Return The Contract: This agreement will be sent to you after the initial review process, if your items are approved. This contract can be returned by email, fax or mail. A member of our staff will be available to answer all of your questions.

3. Send In Your Items: Please arrange shipping one to two months prior to the auction to facilitate the research and photography process. We maintain a comprehensive list of shippers and delivery companies, for your convenience.

4. Receive Payment: A check will be mailed to you following receipt of payment from buyer  (usually within 30 -45 days following the auction)
